Topic 1. Self-service organizations should help spread education
| स्वयंसेवी संस्थाएं शिक्षा प्रसार मे योगदान दें। स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं से शिक्षा प्रसार मे अपनी निर्धारित भूमिका निभाने का आग्रह करते हुये भारतीय प्रधानमन्त्री ने कहा कि उनको इस क्षेत्र मे निवेश से ज्यादा योगदान देना चाहिये । शिक्षा मे गैर सरकारी संगठ्नो द्वारा निभायी गयी भूमिका की सराहना करते हुये प्रधानमन्त्री ने कहा कि जवाबदेही, पारदर्शिता और वित्तीय प्रबन्धन संबन्धी शासन से जुडे मुद्दे भी उनके लिये जरूरी है। |

Education in India is primarily provided by Government of India. Non-profit organizations and charitable trusts also help spread education in some regions.

सिंगापुर में छात्र सीख रहे है हिन्दी। सिंगापुर मे हिन्दी सीखने वाले छात्रो की तादाद लगातार बढती जा रही है। भाषा विभाग के अनुसार हिन्दी सीखाने वाले चार केन्द्रो और 32 अन्य स्कूलो मे प्राइमरी से लेकर जूनियर कालेज स्तर 2000 छात्रो के लिये हिन्दी की कक्षाये चलाई जा रही है। दो भारतीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्कूलो के छात्र भी यहा हिन्दी सीख रहे है। |

Topic 3. Private Sector In Higher Education In India
उच्च शिक्षा मे निजी क्षेत्र को कर छूट और मुफ्त भूमि सरकार अब सरकारी संसाधनो के भरोसे ही उच्च शिक्षा की राह तय नही कर सकती, लिहाजा इस क्षेत्र मे निजी क्षेत्र की भागीदारी अपरिहार्य हो गयी है। राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक योजना व प्रशासन संस्थान (नीपा) ने इसे महसूस करते हुये ही उच्च शिक्षा मे निजी क्षेत्र को बढावा देने के लिये करो मे छूट और अनुदान मे भूमि देने की सिफारिश की है। साथ ही उसने शिक्षा के ब्यवशायीकरण को रोकने के लिये तत्काल जरूरी कानून बनाने की भी सिफारिश की है। |

बिल गेट्स हैदराबाद मे आई टी वि वि खोलेगें माइक्रोसाफ्ट संस्थापक बिल गेट्स हैदेराबाद मे सूचना तकनीकी एवं विज्ञान विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना करेगे। विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना पर 7 से 10 अरब रूपये का खर्च आयेगा। राज्य सरकार ने विश्वविद्यालय बनाने के लिये गचीबावाली क्षेत्र मे भूमि देने की पेशकस की है जहां माइक्रोसाफ्ट और इन्फोसिस जैसी कंपनियो के कार्यालय पहले से मौजूद है। |
